"I have lived in this area for a year and a half and I love how easy and conveniently I can get all of my everyday shopping needs done without having to travel more than a few blocks from home. There are plenty of shopping centers and local grocery stores to fit all my necessities, with a wide variety of places to pick from. "

"There are a lot of homeless in the area at times, and a lot of foot traffic, but there is a police station in the middle of this area so there is plenty of officers patrolling around on a daily basis. Overall this area feels safe and there's plenty of business in the area so shopping is also very convenient."

"Feels like someone is always watching you. City acts like this is a HOA and you require permission to do anything. A lot of nonsense "

"Commute is great and centrally located. Major highways are very close. Not a lot of good stores or food choices so being near highways is great"

"Crime is getting worse. Don’t move into Balcones Heights. Very poorly managed neighborhood. Saisd schools are very bad I moved my kids to private school instead. "
