"I raised my kids here. I know the neighborhood and the surrounding areas. It’s Close to everything still has a small town feel. It’s less than 15 minutes to downtown Grand Rapids in about 10 minutes to the mall and any type of restaurant you want. The schools are excellent it is a great place to raise a family. "

"Very nice neighborhood, but busy streets. In certain areas you have to watch out for slow drivers who are a hazard to posted speed limits. Beautiful neighborhoods and great schools!"

"Sometimes pets are off a lead. Some neighbors allow pets to wander and it can be frustrating as a pet owner to run into a dog that may or may not have a negative interaction with your own. "

"Fairly quiet. Neighbor frequently has a sheriff visit. Never anything crazy, but kind of annoying. Kids are usually out all times of day and it seems pretty safe. "

"It's not unique but it is quiet. people tend to mind their own business and most are friendly. There's also a nature center within walking distance so you're able to take a walk on the beautiful trails and enjoy nature. "
