"Pulaski days are a big hit. Oktoberfest isn’t far. Sports games at bars is big. John ball is a great zoo. Great park in front of it too. It needs a gas station but the one up Lake Michigan dr isn’t too far and there’s one somewhere over by Leonard too. "

"It has the ability to be a great neighborhood but the schools need more parental advocacy. There needs to be a lot more community engagement as well"

"Find programing for your kids, there are plenty available here. Schools are lack luster but if you are involved regularly your child will succeed. "

"Up and coming neighborhood. Prices are great if you’re looking to buy. Tons of development - but it’s a mixed income area so you get everything that comes with that territory."

"It's an up and coming neighborhood. Great restaurants, bars, and brew pubs; all walkable. Lots of older repurposed buildings."

"I am a professional and live just a few blocks from this address and walk to work every day! Surprisingly quiet neighborhood and safe! "

"I live in this Neighborhood and have noticed a lot of single young families and young professionals buying here because the prices are low! Also it is so close to down town, about ten city blocks!!! Lots of Artist seem to be buying in the area as well! Tons of potential new business along the Butterwort and Fulton street corridors! New business have been popping up a lot along both streets! That only means speculators are looking at the potential midd class residential incline ! Great parks near by about 4 blocks away John Ball Zoo and the largest city park Millennium Park! Lots of great restaurants near by downtown and night life! Museums and other cultural activities year round! Its a safe and quiet neighborhood except for the Church bells that chime every now and then! A lot of these house are less expensive than a new car! They are turn key but I have to admit I totally renovated my house down to the studs and rebuild it to my taste! Still way less than any home out in the suburbs or in a new build high-rise! If you work downtown, this is an excellent & affordable place to live! "
