Welcome to your private oasis in the heart of Williamsburg! Duplex living at its finest, with two private outdoor spaces.

The first floor features an open concept kitchen and living room, with access to the first of two private
outdoor spaces. In the kitchen, you have ample counter and cabinet space, with a peninsula island, as
well as stainless steel appliances. The living room is large and comfortable. There is a custom built-in
shelving unit, offering extra pantry and/or cupboard space.

Off the living room is the primary bedroom, which can fit a king size bed and plenty of room to fit
additional furniture. You have floor to ceiling windows, bringing in great light, and the privacy of facing
your own patio in the back of the building makes the room feel very quiet and peaceful.
The patio on this floor is perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning or beverages at night. Fill it with
plants to create a beautiful zen space.

On the lower level, you have a lot of options on how to use the space; keep it as a recreational room
with vast open space, perfect for entertaining, convert a part into a second bedroom or a work-from-
home office. There's a lot of flexibility.

The second outdoor space is on this level, and provides 195 square feet of space for entertaining and
relaxing; there's room to garden, grill, and plenty of room for seating.

This one-of-kind duplex has two full bathrooms, with a soaking tub on the main level, and large shower
on the lower level. The lower level also features a full sized laundry room with side-by-side washer and
dryer, as well as storage shelving.

Warehouse 11 is a full service condo, with a 24-hour doorman, live-in super, and great amenities. There
is a robust gym, children's playroom, resident lounge, and rooftop. The rooftop is expansive, offering a
variety of seating, and stunning Manhattan views.

Located in the heart of North Williamsburg, everything the neighborhood has to offer is at your
fingertips. McCarren Park is right outside your door, and both Greenpoint and Williamsburg
neighborhoods are very easily accessible. Enjoy top notch restaurants, as well as great shopping, bars
and coffee shops. Plus, both the L train stop at Bedford, and the L and G trains at Lorimer and
Metropolitan are within five to seven minutes respectively. The ride to Manhattan takes less than ten
minutes.

"we live by morgan L train station. It is mostly safe and quiet but I’ve heard of a few incidents. People from the neighborhood throw garbage outside the trash bins which I find disrespectful but as we all know some people live in an alternative world. There are nice places to eat and summers are really nice. No parks or any green around as this was an industrial neighborhood but you get used to it."
