"Great area to commute from - 7 train is 1 stop to Manhattan - multiple ferry lines into Manhattan as well. Also right in between the midtown tunnel and Queensboro bridge which makes getting into Manhattan by car easy. "

"Friendly, active, and safe neighborhood. VERY family friendly. There is, however, a good bit of traffic between movers, delivery vehicles, and taxi cabs. These vehicles don’t obey the speed/crosswalks/stop signs, which is frustrating."
