I’ve met some of my neighbors. They seem very nice & pleasant. I like the fact the main trash days are twice per week, and recycle trash is once a week. Groundskeepers maintain the neighborhoods. Area is very quite. You can walk your dog at any time day or night. There’s plenty of lightning around the area as well. "

People are not respectful of following the rules from the HOA. Trash blows into the end units back yard and people leave their trash and old household items all over. Overall a great street but I am too picky and these things alone I would not live here."
