"Pool, yearly runs, walking paths, pond w ducks. Some neighbors get together with their kids. Close to grocery shopping. Most people take great care of their houses and are nice to each other. We have a community page on Facebook. Lots of nature, and play areas for kids. Tennis and pickle ball. "

"Don’t allow your kids to play in the streets. People tend to drive fast which is dangerous. There are sidewalks and playgrounds for kids which are great."

"My neighbor hood is great , I enjoy living In Montgomery village . Gaithersburg area . They just need more homes for ppl with low income or eviction on their credit . Give them a chance to start over again."

"I’ve lived here since ‘99 went to middle school and high school here and my parents are still here. There are some neighborhoods where families have really put down roots. Getting steadily congested however "
