Also, the coffee bluff marina is right down the street. The HOAs are low too for a gated community. We also have the best events and neighbors around! This is a family oriented community and we could not imagine living anywhere else. "

Great area to walk and ride bikes and those who boat the new marina will be a terrific addition to the neighborhood. The soon to be completed Truman Pkwy will make driving into downtown a snap.
