"My neighborhood celebrates holidays. We gather at our pool almost daily. We do fitness groups and bbq often. Kids birthdays always feel so special."

"We don’t really have any community events besides the children in the neighborhood walking around for Halloween. The area is extremely rural with no clubhouse; and the street is too narrow to really have an event for everyone safely. "

"20 minutes to any kind of civilization but there's how we like it. Walmart is in Pooler along with everything else."

"Having a car, or access to a car in this area is a must. Expect 10-15 mins for local area travel. The next city is 20 mins minimum either way; east or west. Morning and evening traffic is steady, unless there’s an accident; then you’re slowed down or at a standstill because people are so involved in seeing what happened rather than keep the traffic moving. "The majority of my neighbors are dog owners. There is no pet park or anything, but everyone seems to pick up after their pets. The dogs aren’t too noisy either, just the usual random barking, not too often though. "
