"It is a quick commute to the Pentagon. Requires an EZ pass and the commuter lot 234 is close by. Trip time to Pentagon is 35-45 min "

"This area is dog friendly. However, owners are expected to keep their dogs on a leash in public areas and they must clean up after their pets. Their are doggy stations strategically located around this community. It is always clean and stocked with doggy refuse bags and a clean trash cans to make walking pets an enjoyable experience."

"Minutes away from I95 EZ Pass entrance/exit. However, it is far enough away that you never hear I95 or Route 1 traffic noise. "

"I live here. I don't like it for my children or my family. Too much crime and violence. Rent is more than it's worth! "

"I've been in this neighborhood almost 15 years. I love my neighbors. We watch out for each other. And it is a cul-de-sac, so we don't worry about the kids playing outside."

"Listen to the birds and wind in the trees. A steady breeze with enough sun and shade at the quiet top of the hill. Good neighbors with houses nicely kept. No road noise or foot traffic passing by. A peaceful place to live with a pharmacy, grocery store and great soft ice cream shop down at bottom of hill."

"The area is quaint ,with a large amount of 1950-1970's houses on big lots. One fortunate thing is the cost of land is very inexpensive and many buyers are buying up houses in poor condition on big lots and tearing them down to build large modern houses on big lots. No HOAs and lots on average at about .5 acres. Its a great place to live. The only downside is that there is no on street parking for the majority of the area because most of triangle is county/state maintained so there are culverts on the roadside rather than curbs and gutters for water run off."
