"Walk to the metro. Easy access into the city. Also one mile from Old Town Alexandria and National Harbor and MGM. Commuters dream. Friendly area and growing. The area has seen a influx of activities and restaurants. "

"There are so many dogs in this area. It’s a super animal friendly place. In my specific building I think at least every other apartment has a dog. You really get to know your neighbors and their dogs the more you see who has the same schedule as you."
