"There are different things the children can play, parks, you can go downtown and the pretty lights on different cars, prowlers, you can go riding on school buses for entertainment, here music with different lights on the bus, Beal street is open. There plenty of security around the city. When it is dark keep your children close to your side and enjoy yourselves."

"The neighborhood seems very nice. Everything was clean. The houses very organized. The grass was nice. The mail ran on time. The people seemed to be very friendly. Also there was not any Home owners association fees. Everybody seemed to a gravitational community."

"There is a giant, nice new dog park with a space for large dogs and a space for smaller dogs. There’s a little by river walk that’s wide enough for you to pass another dog, and tons of grass for them to run around in."

"I like where I live...a lot of places are very close. I can walk to the grocery store and Walgreens. I'm not use to living in the "City" so hearing the police sirens and ambulances too, I've gotten use to it"

"Heavy traffic area, not awesome for walking your dog. Taking your dog down by the river is nice though, which is a short-ish walk away or a very short drive."

"Accessible to parks and events. Quiet even though it is next to the street. Dog parks around the corner, food and grocery around the corner. You can take peaceful walks on the bridge. Amazing view"

"It is important as a parents to chose an area that's safe for the kids to play without having to worry about anything. An area that's close to the park and it's safe. Also do house shopping wuth kids and get kids views of the houses as it will give you an ideas and add your ideas and their ideas to compromise"

"Extremely easy access to the interstate so most trips are only 20-25 minutes. New traffic light at Georgia and Riverside makes the left turn a breeze to make now."
