"Great schools in the Stapleton Historic District. No good playgrounds in walking distance. Best ones are about 5 to 10 minute drive. "

"It’s a dangerous neighborhood, walking at night alone is not recommended especially for a woman. Lots of burglaries, shootings around this neighborhood and gang violence. Reading all the comment above how nice this neighborhood is must be some sick joke or Realstate agents. It’s not a good and quiet neighborhood drive around and check for yourself, doesn’t take long to realize what type of neighborhood this is. "
