"This neighborhood is not as safe as it looks although the precinct and fire station is right across the street. Upside is there are a lot of things that are in walking distance and third Ave is a hop, skip and jump away. If your out during the day it is ok but late at night just be mindful of your surroundings"

"the fact that some buildings don't accept dogs, some buildings are friendly with dogs some are not. I would also say having to walk the dogs to a nearby park they don't have a park close enough where they can take the dog out to play and where it does his business at "

"A lot of schools around and parks for children to play. Also there are hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and a lot of corner stores. There is also easy accessibility to bus and trains. Precinct is in every neighborhood. "

"The Bronx is a very beautiful city and I would definitely recommend living here especially if you enjoy peace and quiet, yes there are certain neighborhoods that spark attention and negative perspectives but it's to be remembered that it happens anywhere you go. "

"Nothing the cops don’t help the way they’re supposed to and the people want to be neighborly when they want to simple. Only thing I know is that the Bronx is okay but most of the times depending where your at it can be very crazy and I was burning and raised in the south bronx "

"Very close to Lincoln hospital, fire department and police stations. This should be a selling point for safety, however during the midday the area is full of drug addicts. And early morning and late night the sounds of sirens will wake up even heavy sleepers. "
