"Polk Street Blues Festival. There are not that many events specific to Polk Gulch but it is very easy to walk or ride Muni to many areas close by such as North Beach, Fillmore Street, the Embarcadero and Civic Center."

"I walk to work! 25-30 minutes to downtown, depending on how fast I walk. I have the option of a trolley or bus on days when I want to cut that commute to 15-20 minutes. "
