"Alamo square has a great open dog park, the panhandle is also great for mostly leashed dog walks. GGP is great when there’s more space for dogs to run off leash. "

"This is an extremely dog friendly neighborhood. I see people walking their dogs everywhere, and most cafes welcome them, at least at the outside seating. There are tons of places to walk dogs, including lots of parks. Lots of neighbors meet through their dogs, taking walks or running around in the park."

"I committed by bike by biking down Fulton street which was super easy. The biking in the panhandle neighborhood is super accessible. "

"Very conveniently located for amenities, but with a quiet neighborhood feel. Great cafes dotted throughout the neighborhood. Upper Haight, Divisadero, Cole Valley & Inner Sunset restaurants, bars and retail easily accessible. Lucky Supermarket, Trader Joe's, Target & Whole Foods all nearby."

"It's positioned within walking distance to two great corridors—Divisadero and Haight. It's away from heavy street traffic, and there are many parks (the Panhandle, Alamo Square Park, Golden Gate Park) within a quick walk from the neighborhood. It's also close to great schools."
