"Getting in and out of La Jolla takes longer than I would prefer, so commutes are a few minutes longer than I would prefer. But the location, views, and proximity to the beach far outweighs any small annoyances."

"hd yes I don't know what else to say but dogs are abundant in la Jolla there are lots of places to take your dogs, many dog friendly restaurants. and dog friendly stores and dog friendly people and parks however the beaches can be a little restrictive "

"The sunset everyday is a neighborhood ritual, you often see neighbors and dog owners out each evening to enjoy the view. Also the La Jolla Art & Wine festival and other annual local events really help build the community feeling. "

"I don’t commute, but pretty much every where from la jolla is 15-25 minutes away. Rush hour getting out of the village is a bore but if you live here you are usually going opposite of traffic. "

"Traffic is bad hard to get to the freeways in a quick way. Mainly two roads in and out and when they close a lane from downtown LJ it can take up to 40 mins just to get to the freeway "

"The councours d'elegance classic car show, arts festival, farmers market, wine festival, the beach, the parks, ....... the La Jolla recreation center, the YMCA, great public schools. The San Diego University of California. Tennis courts, The La Jolla country club, Soledad mountain, Sessions park, Kellogg's park, the Scripps forum."
