"What makes is neighborhood unique is absolutely the central location. We are close to LAX most importantly. And within a 3 mile radius your able to frequent just about anything you desire. What ever you prefer it’s more than likely a few miles away. Whether you prefer Whole Foods Market or Food4Less they are both close and fully stocked! "

"Don’t care for this neighborhood. Massive fireworks go off during the holidays during crazy hours. Had issues with homeless and druggies searching the dumpsters. Neighbors blaring music with no consideration for others. "

"cheaper suburban area close to beach freeway and airport. The community is there you just have to look for it. Lots of middle and lower class families. Tons of discount stores too"
