They claim to understand the importance of mental health and its connection to academic growth but I have not seen it with the new administration. "Halloween is insane and so fun. End of school year huge party, Memorial Day 4th of July etc. all holidays are block parties. I would say the majority of homeowners are in their late 30’s to early 40’s with small children. There are kids everywhere. "

"There are lots of households that have dogs & the community (shops, restaurants, etc) is dog-friendly. There are sidewalks throughout & some trails for regular walks with your dog. People seem to welcome your pet & treat them like family when they encounter them on walks and around the neighborhood. "
