"This is a great neighborhood with mixed families young and old. Nice and quiet. Most neighbors know each other and look out for each other. Walk to Hidden Canyon Park or one of the few Carlsbad Dog parks. Five minutes to either I-5 or Hwy 78. Five minute drive from "Carlsbad Village" where there is plenty of shops and restaurants and the beach of course. Schools are top notch elementary, middle and 2 high schools close by.No HOA or Mello Roos. I love it and so glad I bought my home here 13 years ago."
