"I have lived here for over 40 years , great neighbors and neighborhood quiet and peaceful , sit in the backyard or on the front porch and enjoy the birds chirping and the stillness, community pool and tennis and basketball court with a handball court also all easily accessible, bike paths throughout , its just a nice place to live raising kids or to retire , everyone looks out for everyone "

"They have kid friendly events at the local library. Also at the local public school they have a lot of events for the students. They don’t really have block parties or neighborhood gatherings but people are friendly."

"People are super rude here. The block is not maintained. Cars drive every quickly to cut through. Lots of traffic due to the bridge. There are not sidewalks on most blocks. People through dog poop in others’ garbage cans. We aren’t allowed to have a dog yet we deal with dog poop in our garbage cans. Lots of undesirable people live here. No one is neighborly. Not even a hello or a happy holidays. "
