"This is a wonderful location as it has easy access to the Steamboat Ditch Trail, a year round walking trail that parallels the Steamboat Ditch, which has clean water flowing past 3 seasons of the year. "We lived in Spanish Springs for 15 years, I cant believe I was that far out of town for so long. We love living in town, more specifically we love living in this part of town. It is very close to everything,(movies, food, entertainment, schools etc...) room for 3 dogs and a cat, great schools. Everything is so close yet we feel very detached from town while at home. it really is nice! "
