Description

Welcome to "Uncut Gem" in one of the most desirable city neighborhoods - close to dining, shopping, groceries and public transport. Easy access to all major highways, downtown, stadiums, recreation and all local amenities, and therefore ideal for urban living lovers, AirBnB-kind projects or just a rental. Covered front porch, generous size rooms and compact but functional back yard for your pets to enjoy. New roof (2022), newer water tank and windows, large eat-in kitchen with sliding doors off to a large deck with amazing views! Huge bonus is its large buildable L-shaped lot with the lower portion on a dead-end that's ideal for adding a garage or creating off-street parking (used to have a home on it!). Loads of potential for long-term appreciation with track record of steady rental income. Great opportunity to build up your investment portfolio or transform it into what you'd call a "HOME"! Come and see the possibilities!

"There is a very nice playground set in the back of Chatham Village that was recently installed. Olympia Park can be nice but you need to inspect the grass before you let your kids run around… "

"excellent transportation to downtown and many areas. close to the trolley, bus, and incline.............."

  • Emily S.
"I used to take the incline into the city before getting a car. I’m not a fan of busses because they aren’t as reliable. I take the T often also. Driving is definitely the best way to get around but public transportation isn’t terrible. There isn’t any “rush hour” traffic on the mountain but trying to get down PJ McCardle around 5pm is quite a lot "

"Driving but I can take the T as well. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful besides the construction that we have all the time. "

"The bus stop is right outside followed by a 15 minute trip downtown. Sucks during snow as the roads aren't plowed until noon sometimes. "
