"Having lived in San Francisco since 1969 and in Mission (Geneva) Terrace since 1995 I have watched this little neighborhood blossom from "outer Siberia" to a hot location for families. The density of parks and schools, the fantastic transportation options and the family friendly streets offer fantastic value for the buyer's investment. My wife and I have vowed to never sell our San Francisco pied a terre after traveling the world and seeing how people really live in big cities.
