They were honors students and graduated I. The top 10 of their classes. Both had the bright futures scholarships towards college and it’s been great. "Re-development consists of replacement houses not crowded in townhouses. Homes are well kept is this very friendly walking neighborhood: close to the best stores, restaurants, schools and public transportation. Most homes have been updated, expanded and upgraded. Owner pride is high. Larger lots than most neighborhoods. Zoning protects over growth and density. A strong civic association bonds the community."
