"This area is a wonderful mix of old Golden and new businesses. Numerous parks and trails provide the best of Colorado recreation for people of all ages, while quick access to Colorado Mills and Denver West shopping means great convenience and entertainment. Fast Tracks light rail will soon provide quick even quicker access to downtown, and the foothills and mountains are mere minutes away. There is also a brand new hospital nearby. Daniels Garden itself is like stepping back in time to a quieter, country lifestyle with unique old homes and plenty of character. Very safe and quiet neighborhood full of simple people living the good life."
