"Traffic through town is pretty horrible on a daily basis. Living deep in saugus takes anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes to get to any freeway "

"This is the only gated community in the Saugus zip code. It is an enclave of 91 homes on 1+ acre lots most of which have gorgeous views. The HOA is low and the benefits huge! Homes in this area do not frequently come up for sale, most who move here rarely move unless change of job and relocation, or downsizing after the children are grown and gone. Circle J Ranch Estates are a gem in the City of Santa Clarita."

"There is a huge park with hiking trails in this neighborhood. Very popular for sports, jogging, hiking and especially popular for walking dogs. There is also a large and small dog park at the park. "

"Like the sidewalks and parks. However especially with smaller dogs they cannot be left outside unattended , even in fenced yards because at least twice a year in our neighborhood a dog or cat is killed by Coyotes. Our next door neighbor lost a 25 pound little white dog overnight in their fenced in back yard to a coyote attack."

"Work from home so there will is no commute for me. However, Santa Clarita valley is very congested and the infrastructure was not designed for such a population. "
