Large, private, quiet single family home with fire place (gas) in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. Across from Wasatch Elementary school (some traffic during student drop-off and pick-up in the morning and afternoon hours). Walking distance to Weber State University (approx. 0.5 - 1 mile). On the east bench, close to the Wasatch hiking trails.

Rental duration limited till end of May. Extension or long-term/annual lease possible, but will need to re-evaluate. In specific registering with Ogden City Utilities, Rocky Mountain Power, Questar and Internet service would need to be required in an annual lease. Right now for a short term lease all utilities, electric, gas and internet is included in the price above.

Please note: no range oven, no dishwasher, no washer/dryer on property. If desired a few elementary furniture can be left in the house: see photos. Pets allowed (to prevent damage to the backyard/vegetable garden area, etc. leaving dog waste in the backyard not allowed). Smoking inside not allowed. The basement is not finished, locked and off limits. A shed contains some of our personal stuff and is off limits for use - would be emptied for a longer lease. Background check, proof of income (current and tax returns of last year) required.
