I am looking to rent out my townhouse to a quiet, clean, and respectful individual or Family. The main level got new flooring. It comes with a spacious two-car garage and off-street parking stalls. Only 15 min to downtown salt lake and close to main highways, schools, parks, canyons, hospitals, and shopping centers. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with decent size storage. The master bedroom comes with a decent size walking closet and a covered balcony w/ partial Mountain View. The ground floor can be a great area for an office, TV room, or even a game room. The house can be also delivered furnished for an extra $250 a month. There have been no pets and no smokers in this house.

I do background check. There is also a refundable deposit of one month's rent except $200 that will be non-refundable for the cleaning. The house is available on March 01.

Tenant will be paying for the HOA fee ($200) that includes Internet, water, sewer, trash and Landscaping. Tenant will be paying for the Gas and Electricity only.
Pet Deposit:
Cat and Small Dog: $300
Big Dog: $400
Plus an extra $50 a month for the rent fee. $150 off of the deposit will be non-refundable.
