    "There are many different amenities nearby, two grocery stores within walking distance, five within a short drive. A pharmacy, barber shop and Layton City Park are all within walking distance. Three gas stations less than a mile away, and a gym within walking distance. Great neighborhoods to run in. Fairfield is a common place for road bikes because you can ride all the way to the center of Kaysville and back. Traffic is light-moderate, road was recently refinished. Short drive to hike the Bonneville Shoreline or Adams Canyon. Close to Hill AFB and even closer to Layton Hills Mall. There are many things to do nearby, if you work in Layton or from home, you could go 4 weeks before finding the need to fill up your gas tank. "

    "This is a beautiful, clean and quiet community, with great neighbors, and fantastic views of the mountains and the Great Salt Lake. Beautiful sunsets over Antelope Island are clearly visible. The neighborhood yards are all very well kept. It has easy access to Hwy 89 or I-15. Very short drive to grocery stores, restaurants or shopping. Close to Hill AFB. And, only a few minutes drive to ski resorts!"
