    "I have lived here about a year. I have met my next door neighbors, my across the street neighbors, my across the alley neighbors several houses down in each case. Delivery to the front door go untouched till I get home. Even had a TV stay on the porch till next day. Quiet well kept neighborhood, that look out for each other."

    "We have lived here since 2009 and absolutely love it. Everything is within 5 to 10 minute drive from restaurants, shopping, groceries, cinemas, etc. The majority of neighbors are friendly and we speak to several different neighbors on regular basis through nextdoor App."

    "This neighborhood has easy access to 67, I-35, Loop 12, and I-20. Its about 10min from downtown Dallas, 10min from Joe Pool Lake, and there are grocery stores, retail shops, a mall, and Gym within 10min of distance. It is also around the corner from the Dallas Executive Airport, and the trails at Boulder Park. If you dont have a car, DART runs all through Polk St. so you can get to a stop easily."

    "I live here and have had a break in within the year. The neighborhood has all kinds of strays and walkers. I can't wait to move out. The neighborhood doesnt look out for one another because their scared of the consequences of making their neighborhood safer, and the police respond is horrible. As a matter of fact, the police respond is next to none. The neighbors childrens and grandchildren are breaking into the homes and no nothing of it, because they're either away working hard or too old to notice. I would only recommend it to those who are home all day, cause if not they watch you and learn your routine, to later break in and take all your belongings worth anything. "
