    "I've lived in Pleasant Grove border line with Balch Springs for 19 years. I will say it's not that bad, very questionable areas. Definitely not a polished area, luckily my street is very calm, zero incidents probably because I live around neighbors that been here for years too. Schools offer more curriculur programs than when I attended them yrs ago. Could be better, nothing new around here 🤷 not that bad. "
