The shops, eateries, gas stations etc., Central to I-30 and I-20.Has somewhat the feel of living in a small Euro town because everything is is within walking or biking distance. Two parks within walking distance. Quiet, friendly , convenient so what more could anyone want?"

Plus, banking, restaurants, park, Elementary and Junior High School. Three grocery stores also within a walk. Lived here over 50 years and never had a theft. Creek and some wildlife. We love it."
