The shops, eateries, gas stations etc., Central to I-30 and I-20.Has somewhat the feel of living in a small Euro town because everything is is within walking or biking distance. Two parks within walking distance. Quiet, friendly , convenient so what more could anyone want?"

    "Woodland West Estate has more awesome community area benefits. Like 2 miles from high school, downtown Arlington and UTA. Shopping is in walking distances for older and the young. Plus, banking, restaurants, park, Elementary and Junior High School. Three grocery stores also within a walk. Lived here over 50 years and never had a theft. Creek and some wildlife. We love it."
