    "The schools are an issue, but there is a Magnet School getting off the ground and of course Private School is an option. Besides that, this is a great neighborhood with great neighbors, beautiful views and immediate access to the James River System. With old tastefully renovated homes and a stable demographic this neighborhood as with stood the test of time and will continue for decades more. "
