IF you are already familiar with the home styles in Timber Cove, you know that these homes have Large square footage to begin with. They were built to be 2800 to 3000+ square feet.  Well, this unique and special home has been expanded by the current/original owners, with an addition on the back of the house, so it is even larger than the others, at 3323 sq feet!  EVERY room is oversized. So everybody here have some kind of transportation to get to there doctors appointment shopping or to go where ever they need to go. The buses that do come around to my apartment complex go into each court to pick the tenants up and drop them all off right out front. "
