Family-friendly home for families and responsible adults (minimum age of 26 for tenants and guests - except for families)
Sleeps 8 total, 6 adults maximum (3 floors of living space with a bedroom on the first floor).
Plenty of room to work from home (Gigabit Wi-fi!!) . Lounge area at top of stairs plus loft area for chilling with an ocean breeze and a ocean view.
3 Bedrooms (2 Queens, 1 with 2 full-sized trundles over twin beds), 2 full baths, and full-sized washer/dryer in basement.
Central A/C, Hardwood floors throughout. Large front porch to enjoy coffee and/or cocktails. Gas grill.
Walking distance to popular restaurants/bars, 7-Eleven, Playa Bowls, shops, pizza, ice cream and more!!
Pets will be considered at landlord's discretion
Applications are required for all tenants over the age of 18 (via Zillow) - which includes a credit & background check and carries a non-refundable fee of $29 (the $29 fee allows prospective renters to apply to an unlimited number of participating rentals for 30 days, and also includes their credit and background reports).
* We require a credit score of at least 700
* Each applicant will need to provide a government issued photo-ID (e.g. driver's license, passport, military, ID, etc.)
* All persons that intend to occupy the rental is required to be named on both the application and the lease. The application will also ask for the ages and relationship to the applicant.
Once the lease is signed, you will be asked to provide 1st months rent, fees (cleaning & applicable pet fees), and security deposit ($3,000.00 prior to check-in).
