New young families are buying and renovating bringing this old neighborhood back to life. Close to schools (walking distance to 2) and parks via bike and walking paths to local community center and at least three parks. Quite cul-de-sacs and mature trees that may need attention especially after the harsh weather after the last few years, but a great palce to revitalize and take the community back to its "safe" roots.
