    "Work and live in the Waltham area. There are some great places to eat on Moody street. There are quiet and upscale enclaves like Waltham Highlands, Bishop's Forest, and some other areas more up and coming. Overall, Waltham has put a lot into their infrastructure and beautification over the last 5-10 years including those maroon place marker signs, landscaping of parks, and permitting to developers that just built the Main Street Market place to the south of the highlands. Also, between Waltham and Weston a massive complex of restaurants (some say to rival Legacy Place in Dedham), stores, hotel, and condos is now being built. The first stage to be completed by the end of 2014. Community involvement is quieter, but present, with a couple of local community gardens, a nice library, and devoted first responders. It's a GREAT place if you commute anywhere North, South (via I-95/128), East or West (via I-90/MassPike). Get to NH in about 30-45 minutes, depending on Traffic, Newport, RI in about 45 minutes to 1 hr., Framingham in about 15-20 minutes, and to Boston/Cambridge in about 15-20 minutes!! Cannot beat the commute from here. Only issue is cost of living--home prices skyrocketed since we moved here with the average home price (for a SFH) going from 347k (2011) to 444k at its height (around April/May 2014). It's a great place to get into before Waltham prices match Boston or Cambridge's!!"

    "I live here, my son grow up here ( from born to 8 years old) Our Family really enjoy the Park near by our house. We often go to the Park to the montain top exercise and see Boston Skyline. There is a bus #70 direct to go Cambridge. So sometimes in snow days, or only one car, we ride bus to work. There are also many good restraunts and supermarket near by."
