    "I recently moved to the neighborhood, one block can make a world of difference. One block can be well maintained and the next block not so much. 79th st. is very busy and reopening after civil unrest. many residents have lived in the neighborhood for years, so its well established."

The area is desert land unfortunately...No groceries, Bank, CVS, and Save A Lot all left recently within 6 months. Aldi on 76th and Ashland and Walmart Grocery but Walmart is very expensive. The area probably will benefit from change but is going to take some time. "
