"Not enough safe parks and a lot of the older teenagers take over the nicer area parks just hanging out. But the best perk is being so so close to the lakefront."

"The transportation in this area is great! Almost every single line goes into the downtown area and in the morning the trains and buses run back to back. Connecting to another express bus or train is also accessible by each bus and train line. I drive the majority of the time but if I did have to travel to other parts of Chicago and didn’t live in this neighborhood, I would park and ride from this area "

I’ve had individuals come into my driveway and go through my cars and there’s even been a shooting at the gas station that filtered in the alley behind my home and the shooter jumped my fence and ran though my driveway. My family and I definitely are looking to move in the immediate future. "
