La Perla Ocean Residence condominium is located right on the beach at 16699 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The location is in the middle of the world famous Sunny Isles Beach Florida's Riviera offers restaurants, food and merchandise stores, pharmacies and anything you need right across the road.
Amazing spectacular views of the Ocean and Intracoastal City from the 12 floor of this extraordinary 1000 sq. foot 1 Bedroom and 2 Bath Apartment with 2 balconies!
Totally upgraded! Brand new composite marble floors throughout, freshly painted, open kitchen with cabinetry and granite counter tops. Dishwasher, Disposal, Dryer and Washer, Microwave and Refrigerator are all in the apartment.
Completely furnished with spectacular crystal chandeliers in dining and living areas. Two TV. One TV in the living room and one in bedroom. Very comfortable bedding sleeps 2 adults on the king size bed with new matrass in master bedroom . Futon in the living room sleeps 2 adults or 2 children temporary staying in the unit as a guests. Great for the mom and baby! Baby crib and bedding are provided free of charge.
La Perla condominium is 43 story building and offers one of the best amenities in Sunny Isles Beach: oceanfront heated swimming pool, state-of-the-art gym, 24 hours concierge, valet parking, spa & much more.
La Perla amenities also include Beach Club with umbrellas, chairs and beach towels free of charge.
Price will depend on the length of the rent and the time of the year. Regular Low Season (March through November) monthly rent is $3,250. High Season (December through February) is higher. Minimum 28 nights stay and maximum 2 people. Tenant will receive a discount for stay over 90 nights.
Guests will pay the following taxes as part of their reservation starting from Jan 1, 2019:
7% Florida Transient Rental and Sales Surtax Tax to Florida Dep of Revenue. For detailed information, visit the Florida Dept. of Revenue website.
6% Tourist Development Room Tax to Miami-Dade County Tax Collector. For detailed information, please visit Miami-Dade County Tax Collector's website.

La Perla Rules. Tenant will need to pay to the La Perla office:
- $100 Application Fee per couple with marriage license or for each adult and $25 per adult for ID Cards.
- $10 One time fee for car registration (If you have a car).
- $150 One time cleaning fee.
- Pets are not allowed for rentals less than 6 moth. For rentals 6 month and over maximum 2 pets are allowed. $250 A non-refundable pet deposit for each pet will be collected by the Association to cover the cost of maintaining the pet part and dog tags.

It is your host responsibility to have HO6 Homeowners Policy to rent his condo. HO-6 - A type of coverage designed for condo owners. An HO6 policy is just the technical name for Condominium Insurance and is going to be for a condo owner. This type of policy traditionally will only cover owner personal property, personal liability, walls, floors, and ceilings of a condo.
You, as a renter, need your own protection. When things don't go as planned, having HO-4 insurance may help. HO-4 - A policy type that is specifically for renters. HO-4 insurance, or renters insurance, is a policy that protects renters against damages to their personal property in a rented home or apartment that is directly caused by a list of perils. As well as insuring the renter's personal property, the policy may also provide liability and medical payments coverage. The cost if this insurance may very from $30 to $150.
It is strongly recommended to acquire this inexpensive HO-4 insurance to make your well-deserved vacation worry free. You may contact your host for information about local insurance agencies and agents for the best quotes.
