Each floor has trash chute and recycling area. Units have additional storage units.

An extremely well-run association with high member participation.
Pest treatment service is included with HOA in every unit on a quarterly basis and professional window washing occurs twice a year.

Park-like landscaping.

No dogs. One cat and small caged bird is permitted.
