It's beautiful, and in the middle of everything, work just minutes away, fabulous park, on three bus lines, walk to all the necessities and great little restaurants. Zip to three great theaters, art and revival movie houses, outdoor concerts, several colleges, I've lived here as a young married woman, no kids, then raised a family and now as a retiree - all in the same Victorian house. Each home has unique character and was uniquely planned by an architect unlike so many of the cookie cutter houses today. The neighbors are extremely friendly and cultured. It is a great place to raise children, have pets, start out, or just live and work because of it's location and personality. I never get bored looking at houses in our neighborhood. "
