    "I have participated in any events in this community. I have really talked to my neighbors but I would trust them to help me in a pickle. They act and look like well respected people. I feel very safe in the neighborhood. This is such a nice part of town and is close to work for me. I have lived in a couple neighborhoods off powers and continue to live here. There are also a few parks pretty close one less than .2 miles. They have swings cooking equipment and basketball. I do not live here with a family but if I had a family this would be an excellent place to raise them. "

    "I have lived in Colorado Springs since 2016, and Powers is definitely the most well kept and has many sought out neighborhoods . Everything is within a 2-3 min drive and you do not have to worry about beggars as much as the south (Fountain/AirportRoad). I walk my dog while it is dark and I still feel very safe."

    "unknown... haven't attended any meetings to find out if they even have any. HOA addition, older people, nobody ever out, minimal amount of contact, and strict rules. Don't recommend for families with children. Haven't seen any in neighborhood. "

    "Terrible. Too much traffic on Powers. Powers has a speed limit of 55 but with lights and trucks, you cannot travel even the minimal speed limit. Powers doesn’t know what it wants to be a highway or a street. Looking to move off of this corridor. "
