This is a Month to Month Rental, by Owner, renewable each month, that is a walk out lower level unit with a private entry that is completely furnished with all utilities included. Tenant can apply by submitting an application via Zillow. Potential tenant must agree to: an in person walk through, a background check, a credit report inquiry and provide proof of income and renters insurance before signing the lease agreement. There will be a $1000 damage deposit up front that will be refundable at the end of the lease. A 21 day notice is required when a termination of lease is requested either by the tenant or landlord.
