    "I’ve lived here for less than a year. It seems to be pretty peaceful and quiet on most days. No recent near by crimes. I’ve literally seen neighbors with their door open late at night. I don’t ever recommend that but they’ve been here longer than me. It shows their level of comfort. There is a third party security guard whom periodically patrols the area throughout the day and evening time. If you’re looking for something temporary it’s a pretty decent neighborhood but the homes are pretty outdated. "

The Sky Sox stadium is only 10 minutes, as well as mini putting, golf courses, and movie theaters. One of my favorite things is the open space and trails within my neighborhood where I can safely walk my two dogs. "

Palmer Park is over 700 acres of hiking, equestrian and mountain biking trails as well as a dog park, baseball field and playground for the little ones. Have lived here 10 years and never had a problem with the neighborhood or neighbors. Very friendly and quiet. A hidden gem minutes east of Downtown CS with much lower per square foot cost."
