Description

This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
Nicely renovated and maintained 840 square foot duplex property in the Old North End. Hardwood floors and vinyl throughout (no icky carpet). Exterior stuccoed and windows replaced in 2017. Newer appliances. Small (tenant cared for) fenced front yard. Tenant pays utilities, landlord pays for shared trash / recycling. Plenty of natural light. Common wall has bath, utility closet and kitchen on it, so living here feels more like living in a house. (not to scale sketch of layout is posted in pics)

Rent includes a 1 car garage that is attached to the property, but not the unit (garage door opens to Espanola, and front door opens to Weber). There is a securable storage area (7'x4'x9' high) available in the garage. There is plenty of additional off-street parking.

The home is located near Shook's Run, Bon Shopping Center, and Steele Elementary. We recommend you drive by and through the neighborhood, it's great!

The owners are the property managers and this is their only property. We appreciate our relationships with our tenants and want them to have a good living experience in our property (so they stay!).

Contact us for an application or use Zillow's.

We are currently only scheduling showings only with pre-qualified applicants. (Feel free to come to our open house Saturday 10/23 from noon to 2 PM!)

All adult tenants will be background checked including credit / criminal / income verification at the tenant's cost to a 3rd party (about $53). If you use Zillow's service, we will accept their report.

We are seeking someone with a green thumb that will care for the landscaping, has a clean rental history/background and can afford the rent and their other obligations (monthly income should be at least 2.5X rent gross).

Thank you for your consideration.

Previous tenant reports utilities average $140 per month with a $180 maximum.
No cats. Smaller dogs and other animals will be considered (we like to meet our pet tenants in person).
The entire property is non-smoking and federally illegal drugs are not acceptable under our lease agreement.
Minimum one month deposit and additional fees / rent for pets.
Minimum one year lease that converts to a month-to-month lease at end of lease term.
