Description

1200 Jackson is a rare opportunity to purchase nine separate units with separate entrances and separate addresses with two (2) and three (3) bedroom units. It is ideal for either TIC redevelopment or long term apartment building ownership. The building is over 12,600 square feet not including the huge sprinklered basement for storage or redevelopment (Soft Story completed 2017). There is parking in the multiple car garage as well as panoramic view roof deck with Golden Gate Bridge to TransAmerica building views. It will be delivered with five (5) units vacant and ready for the new owners touch. TIC prices and rents are on the rise and with separate entrances these units offer separation during the COVID-19 environment something rarely found. 1200 Jackson is located near the top of Nob Hill steps to restaurants and shops with easy access to Down Town, North Beach, Hyde Street, Huntington Park and the best of historic Nob Hill.

"Nice neighborhood. Very quiet and pretty. Not as many homeless here as the hills are too challenging for them most likely🙃"

"Seems like lots of dog owners live in this area. May not like the fact that there aren't many grassy patches like living in the suburbs. "

"no trash cans for blocks. I get it, it sucks. Go to a city council meeting. Stop leaving your dog poop bags all over our streets. Where's the dignity? Dogs everywhere, which I love, but the owners have become complacent due to the lack of city garbage cans. Time for a change. Speak up, tell the district supervisor. Something! I'm leaving because I'm fed up."

"Lots of transients coming up the hill from the Tenderloin. Trash everywhere. Dog owners through poop bags wherever. No trash cans anywhere nearby. Lots of traffic. Lots of construction. Young people drink heavily and often fight verbally at loud, obnoxious levels on the weekend nights. Very scarce parking. SFMTA does not mess around with ticketing. "

"This is a 55 plus neighborhood. Children can visit, but there aren’t any who live here. I wouldn’t walk anywhere at night, being a single woman. This is a good area though, and seems as safe as any!!"

"have been living in this neighborhood off and on for the last 10 or 15 years with some breaks, it's pretty nice and relatively clean despite the proximity to some other neighborhoods that aren't. although parking is a little bit more difficult having a motorcycle would make it a lot easier"
