    "Busy traffic. Watch out for dog's poops. Some dog owners are not very responsible. Once in awhile, homeless people would litter the sidewalk with their garbage. If you would like to live in a dirty neighborhood with expensive rent and Dodgers traffic, this is the place for you. It's a hipster town. "
